Isaac Knuteson
Isaac Knuteson has trained with Miami City Ballet, Nashville Ballet, Oklahoma City Ballet, Madison Ballet, and Central Midwest Ballet. Professionally, he has performed with Water Street Dance Milwaukee, Nova Linea Contemporary Dance, and Regenerative Beings. In addition to his performance career, isaac is signed with Go2Talent Agency, serves as an assistant for Showstopper Dance Convention, and judges for Fly Dance Competition and ID Dance Competition. His diverse background in ballet, contemporary, commercial dance, and mentorship brings a dynamic and well-rounded vision to the organization.

Joslynn Labak
Joslynn Labak attended CLI Conservatory in 2023, where they performed works by Teddy Forance, Ethan Colangelo, Hayden Frederick, Jay Mills, Shannon Lewis, and other renowned choreographers. They. currently serve as a Pro Assistant for Embody Dance Conference and were on faculty for Exhale Dance Experience in 2024. Joslynn is passionate about fostering creativity, artistry, and growth within the next generation of dancers.

Marketing & events ManagerRyan Lovato
Ryan Lovato specializes in marketing, event coordination, and audience engagement, with experience across the arts, entertainment, and sports industries. She has worked in social media strategy, content creation, live event operations, and partnership coordination, including coordinating guest and fan experiences for the WNBA. With a background in dance and the performing arts, Ryan brings a creative and audience-focused approach to branding, marketing, and event execution.
Costume ManagerCaitlyn Bethke
Caitlyn Bethke currently judges for Triple S Dance Competition and brings extensive professional performance experience to the team She performed as a soloist with the Russian Ballet Theatre in The Great Russian Nutcracker and appeared on ABC's Christmas morning special Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade alongside Neil Patrick Harris and the Broadway cast of Newsies. Caitlyn is also a University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point dance team alumna, combining* her performance background with a strong passion for costuming, presentation, and supporting dancers both on and off the stage.
